Fighting cancer with wedding gowns

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Brides-to-be are invited to a downtown Buffalo hotel where more than 1,000 wedding gowns are on sale at great discounted prices.

Thousands of wedding dresses arrived to the Hyatt Regency Hotel this weekend in a big pink truck; all part of the Brides Against Breast Cancer Nationwide Tour of Gowns.

The designer and brand name gowns (sizes 0-30) will be available for sale Sunday discounted from 25% to 85%.

Proceeds from the sales will support cancer patients and their families.

Brides Against Breast Cancer, a non-profit organization makes it possible for future brides to purchase wedding gowns at a reasonable price.

Admission is free for today's sale that runs until 6 p.m. tonight.
