BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Thursday night on Roseville Street in Buffalo, firefighters pulled a man from a burning home.
The fire began shortly before 10 p.m. and fire crews learned of two people inside, including a 60-year-old man trapped on the first floor. As flames spread, firefighters found the man in the clutter-filled home and pulled him from a first floor bathroom in the back of the house.
The victim was taken to the ECMC burn unit and is in critical condition. The other resident inside the home escaped the flames and did not require treatment.
There is no word on what sparked the blaze.
