BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A large crowd gathered Friday night at the Hyatt Regency for the 122nd annual Firefighters Ball.

Numerous awards were given to recognize the bravery, heroism, and dedication of Buffalo's bravest. Among the honorees, Kevin Harrison, who earned the department's Memorial Award for Bravery Gold Medal for finding a man in a burning house on Freund Avenue and carrying him to safety.
