BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Friday night was the kickoff of three days of family fun on Buffalo's waterfront.
Heritage Festival 2012 is a celebration of the Queen City's railroad, maritime, and industrial past. It's at the Heritage Discovery Center on Lee Street between Elk and South Park Avenue.
Special events, including a car show, are scheduled Saturday from noon to 9 p.m. The festival runs again on Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.
Admission is free.
