BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Buffalo Irish Center's 41st annual St. Patrick's Day Civic Luncheon was filled with traditional music and delicious food.
Local leaders and their friends showed up to support the non-profit group. The center teaches young people about traditional dancing, Gaelic football and the Irish culture.
"It's a tremendous opportunity for the Buffalo Irish Center to raise money to continue the programs that are important to keep the traditions alive," said a spokesman.
Friday's guests included Bishop Richard Malone, Congressman Brian Higgins, and the Erie County Sheriff's Irish Pipe Band.
