Man hit and killed by train in Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man walking along the tracks has been killed by a train in Buffalo.

The police spokesman confirms to News 4 that a man in his 30s was hit around 7 p.m. on Wednesday by an Amtrak train at Gull Street near the foot of West Ferry. He said, "at this point, it looks like foul play was not involved."

The victim has not yet been identified.
