BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The heart of Buffalo's Delaware Park will be beating loudly this summer.
Organizers announced details of the 2012 Music is Art Festival on Wednesday. The event is set for September 15th.
This will be the 10th year the festival brings together local bands, dancers, and DJs as well as artists and photographers. The festival's founder and member of the Goo Goo Dolls, Robby Takac, unveiled this year's poster.
"We've got some crazy things going on this year. As always, talent from all over Buffalo and all over this region. We're going to close down the street this year. We've never done that before. So the footprint is going to grow. We've got about 25 percent more artists this year than we had last year," he said.
The Music is Art festival is free to the public.
