New City Court judge takes the bench

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - There's a new judge behind the bench in Buffalo City Court.

Amy Martoche was sworn-in Wednesday afternoon by her father, State Supreme Court Justice Salvatore Martoche. Mayor Byron Brown appointed Judge Amy Martoche to fill the seat left vacant by Judge Sharon LoVallo, who was elected to Erie County Family Court.

Judge Martoche most recently served as partner at Connors and Vilardo.
