BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The NFTA is about to greenlight a deal to sell its outer harbor property for a dollar.

Acting chairman Henry Sloma says he supports Congressman Brian Higgins' request to transfer the shoreline property to the Erie Canal Harbor Development Corporation. Sloma says that allows the NFTA to focus on its core mission of transportation.
