Not-so-sly fox pulled from Black Rock Lock

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A fox wasn't being so sly when he wound up in the Black Rock Lock in Buffalo Wednesday afternoon.
Lucky for the fox, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers took pity and brought out a boat to capture the creature and save it from a watery death.
