BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - An accident early Saturday morning shut down parts of the 198 for more than an hour. It happend near thye Grant Street exit around 3 in the morning. The car sustained heavy front end damage. Rural Metro says they took one person to ECMC for treatment. We are waiting for more information from Buffalo Police at this time. The 198 re-opened around 4am.
