Roswell unveils state-of-the-art ICU

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Western New York's premier cancer hospital has new weapons in the war on cancer.

Tuesday, Roswell Park cut the ribbon on its enhanced, state-of-the-art intensive care unit. The 8,000-square foot facility is larger and better-designed for patients and staff. The new ICU boasts cutting edge equipment.

"New technology to monitor patients in an environment that both for patients and staff is nurturing and supportive as one can be both for patients and their staff," said CEO and President Dr. Donald Trump.

Each patient room in the ICU features natural lighting from large windows overlooking the medical campus and downtown Buffalo.
