BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Say Yes to Buffalo unveiled its performance report card on Wednesday.

Say Yes aims to boost graduation rates by promising to pay for college for any student living in the city who graduates from a public or charter high school.

Executive Director David Rust said, "Say Yes is the only scholarship program country-wide that comes with services. So we don't want to just get kids to college, we want them well-prepared when they get there and we want them to be able to graduate."

The non-profit group has offered services to 25-percent of the school district. Say Yes expects to be able to provide services to the entire school district in four years.
