BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - They call it the "honkiest tonkiest beer joint in town."

The Sportsmen's Tavern in Black Rock is featured in the sixth installment of Visit Buffalo Niagara's "Buffalo for Real" webisode series. The bar, owned by Dwane Hall since 1985, has become kind of a cultural mecca.

Visit Buffalo Niagara CEO Dottie Gallagher-Cohen said, "The Sportsmen's Tavern has a very interesting story in that bands come from all over the country and play semi-private concerts here and people travel from all over the country to see bands play at this venue."
