BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Titus Taggart, an 18-year veteran of the State Police, has been fired for allegedly organizing parties involving prostitutes.
On Friday, State Police announced the 41-year-old had been terminated following an administrative hearing. Taggart had been assigned to Troop T in Buffalo. Authorities say the parties allegedly took place while Taggart was off-duty.

State Police also announced Friday that as a result of the on-going investigation, two more troopers have been suspended without pay: Frederick Franklin and Mark Hufnagel, both 41-years-old. Authorities say they engaged in misconduct unrelated to the organizing of the parties.
Two other troopers were suspended in April, also accused of engaging in misconduct.
