BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The General Casimir Pulaski Association of Western New York honored the heroic leader Friday night.

The association laid a wreath before the statue of the Revolutionary War hero next to the Ellicott Square Building. The Polish general fought with the Americans during the war against Britain.

The association sponsors the annual Pulaski Day parade in July.
