ROCHESTER, NY - Coca-Cola will be closing its Rochester plant in November, eliminating 57 jobs.
The company claims that an additional 120 sales and operations workers at the facility on Upper Falls Boulevard won't be affected by the shutdown.
The plant is a division of Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc., which is responsible for the beverage company's bottling, marketing and distribution operations.
The shutdown of the production line is to occur on Nov. 10.
Coca-Cola Enterprises said that beverages currently produced for the Rochester area will be obtained from other bottlers.
