Delaware North could get shot at racino

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Buffalo company Delaware North could have another shot to set up a racino at the Aqueduct Race Track in New York City.

According to the Governor's office, the state has withdrawn its support for the Aqueduct Entertainment Group after they were denied a gaming license by the Lottery Division. Officials are advocating a transparent public process to select the company that will run the track's legal casino.
