Prevents company from taking advance payments

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - New York State's top prosecutor is taking tougher action against a husband and wife accused of cheating customers.

A restraining order now prevents Paul and Iasia Ceglia from accepting any advance payments.

The couple is charged with taking $200,000 at their wood pellet company and failing to deliver products
