BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Seneca Nation of Indians is speaking out over a bill they say could kill hundreds of jobs.
U.S. Senators passed the PACT Act on Thursday, banning the U.S. Postal Service from mailing tobacco products. Seneca leaders say the loss of business for mail-order cigarette sales threatens as many as a thousand western New York jobs. They believe the act is an attempt by big tobacco to stomp out smaller competition.
