BUFFALO, N.Y. - In the market for a little 'worn around the edges' 18 storey, 750,000 square foot building?
Buffalo's historic Statler Towers will go up for auction on August 12th.
Local auctioneer, Cash Cunningham, and his Cash Realty have been selected by U.S.Bankruptcy Judge Carl Bucki to carry out the auction.
The current owner of The Statler, BSC Development Buf LLC, was put in involuntary bankruptcy by its creditors. BSC president Bashar Issa was unable to resolve credit and labor issues in his plan to renovate the structure.
The auction will be held August 12, 11:00am, The Statler, 107 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14202
