BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The state's oldest registered sex offender will soon be a free man on Buffalo's east side.
Theodore Sypnier, 100, will soon be released from a halfway house on parole, after a decade in prison.
The Town of Tonawanda man was convicted in 2000 of the rape,
sodomy, and sexual abuse of two young girls.
