CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 16-year-old was arrested on Sunday and charged with driving drunk.
State Police say the girl was stopped on Transit Road in the Town of Clarence. She failed several field sobriety tests and police say at the barracks, her BAC was .21 percent. The girl has been charged with aggravated DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana.
The girl is due in court on March 7. Her name has been withheld due to her age and the likelihood she will be granted youthful offender status by the court.
