2 drivers charged with DWI after crash

GERRY, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police arrested the woman who rear-ended another vehicle on the southern tier for DWI. But they also arrested the driver she rear-ended.

On Saturday, a Jamestown Police officer watched as 20-year-old Brianna Webb of Bemus Point rear-ended 18-year-old Audrey Milliner of Jamestown at a four-way intersection on Route 60 in Gerry. The crash damaged both vehicles to the point where they were inoperable.

Troopers responded and say Webb failed field sobriety tests. Her BAC was reportedly .22 percent, nearly three times the legal limit. And since Webb has already been convicted of DWI in the past, State Police charged her with felony DWI.

But Milliner was also arrested. Police say she was also drunk, with a BAC of .13 percent, and likewise charged her with DWI.

Both were arrested and released to sober individuals. Neither were injured in the accident.
