SALAMANCA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Two Salamanca teens have filed suit against the city of Salamanca and its police department claiming false arrest.
The suit claims Joshua Kinder and Shane Gogel, both now 18, were unjustly charged with rape. Both men said the sex was consensual. A grand jury refused to indict and a county judge dismissed the charges.
