SARDINIA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 21-year-old man has been charged with his second DWI after rolling his car on Warner Gulf Road in Sardinia late Tuesday night.
Erie County Sheriff's deputies responded to the crash and placed Luke Tarnacki of Sardinia under arrest. Tarnacki was taken to the hospital for minor injuries, and blood samples were secured there to determine his blood alcohol content.
Tarnacki has been charged with DWI, felony aggravated unlicensed operation (his license was revoked for a prior DWI - drugs arrest), imprudent speed, failure to maintain the roadway, and leaving the scene of the accident.
