WARSAW, N.Y. (WIVB) - Three people were arrested following a three month investigation involving drug sales in the Village of Warsaw. All three allegedly sold heroin to agents of the Wyoming County Drug Force in different locations.
Cody Nichols, 28, of Warsaw, allegedly sold heroin on three occasions to an agent of the Task Force. On January 11th, he was arrested following a traffic stop where he was allegedly in possession of several bags of suspected heroin.
Nichols is currently behind bars in lieu of $25,000 cash bail and faces many class B felony charges.
Patrick Kitzmiller, 22, of Bliss currently remains in jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail after he allegedly sold heroin on two occasions to agents of the Task Force in the Villages of Warsaw and Perry.
Allicia Herman, 23, of Warsaw is accused of selling heroin on two occasions to agents of the Task Force. She is currently on pre-trial release and faces two class B felony drug charges.
Sheriff’s say all three have been indicted by a Wyoming County Grand Jury and two vehicles were seized during the investigation.
