NEWSTEAD, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 40-year-old man was arrested Saturday morning shortly after 3a.m. in the Town of Newstead following a traffic stop.
Christoper Truglio, 40, was stopped by a deputy after he was observed speeding on Bloomingdale Rd.
During the traffic stop, it was determined that Truglio was intoxicated, leading to his arrest.
He provided a chemical breath test resulting in .10% at the Erie County Sheriff's Clarence substation.
Truglio was released on uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Newstead Court.
