BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Buffalo Police responded a call around 6:30 p.m. on Saturday involving a home invasion that occured in the first block of Longview.
Police say possibly three suspects entered the home and struck an elderly man in his mid 90's in the head, face, arms, and body.
The suspects destroyed at least two flat screen tv's during the break in.
Police say it appears they left the house with jewelry, cash, hunting rifles, shot guns, and other items.
The man suffers from a possible broken jaw and is being treated at ECMC where he remains in fair condition.
