BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo man accused in a deadly shooting is set to appear in court.
Prosecutors say 20-year-old Mario Vazquez shot and killed his neighbor 29-year-old Henry Figueroa last July, outside a house on Whitney Place.
If convicted, he faces 25 years behind bars.
