BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Protesters gathered outside Buffalo City Court Friday morning, as a man faced arraignment for his arrest during an anti-war demonstration.

Nate Buckley was taken into custody last week during protests in Lafayette Square.

He pleaded not guilty Friday morning to five misdemeanors and was released without bail.

Fellow protesters who demonstrated this morning claim he was brutalized by police officers during the arrest.
