BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A double stabbing turned Buffalo's Allentown neighborhood into a crime scene overnight that sent two people to ECMC with what appears to be stab wounds.

One of the victims was treated in the back of an ambulance on Franklin Street.

It's believed at least one of the victims suffered serious injuries.

Investigators remained on the scene early Wednesday morning, trying to figure out what lead to the incident.

One man, who lives in the neighborhood, said that while this is a frightening situation in Allentown, it doesn't surprise him.

"I heard about a lot of crack, people are dealing crack out of here and God knows what," said neighbor Robert Scibran. "I'm always looking out my window and seeing people going by wondering if everything's safe for me and my neighbors."

There's no word yet if police have made an arrest in this stabbing.
