TOWN OF WALES, N.Y. (WIVB) - Erie County Sheriff's deputies are investigating an armed robbery in the southtowns.

Sheriff's Deputies tell News 4 they were able to make the arrests of three suspects, two men and one woman, within hours.

News 4 has exclusive video of Erie County Sheriff's Deputies and State Police taking down the suspects, Monday morning in West Seneca.

Lt. Burt Dunn said, "We had an initial report of a robbery, that occurred in the Town of Wales."

It started around 1 a.m. Monday, along 4100 Reiter Road in the Town of Wales.

Investigators say at least one person was robbed by three people in a white SUV.

Investigators have not said if the victim was walking along Reiter Road at the time, or was driven out there by the robbers.

A short time later, Sheriff's Deputies say they found the SUV involved in the parking lot of a restaurant at Clinton and Borden in West Seneca.

Police have not confirmed with News 4 if the people they took into custody are the suspects they're looking for.

News 4 is also trying to find out if victim was hurt.
