BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A convicted felon now admits he skipped out of town before his sentencing.
Tobias Boyland pleaded guilty Friday to bail jumping. Boyland was convicted on weapons charges last year, but left western New York before his next court date. He was eventually captured in Pittsburgh.
Boyland, also known as "Bags of Money," was at one time accused of running a predatory debt collection business.
