BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The former Buffalo-area debt collector known as "Bags of Money" is back on the streets.
44-year-old Tobias Boyland was released from Wende Correctional Facility Monday after posting a $250,000 appeal bond. Boyland was sentenced earlier this month to 15 years in prison over a weapons possession conviction.
