"Bags of Money" sent to prison, fined

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A judge says it's time for the debt collector known as "Bags of Money" to pay up.

Tobias Boyland, 44, was sentenced Thursday morning to 15 years in prison and a $1,000 fine.

Federal agents seized a small arsenal during an investigation of Boyland's alleged illegal debt collection business last year.
