WEST ALMOND, N.Y. (WIVB) - An Allegany County School bus driver is facing more than 70 charges for allegedly being drunk behind the wheel of a school bus.
55 year-old Martha Thompson pleaded not guilty to the charges including felony DWI.
Investigators say children on the bus jumped out of the emergency exits after they say Thompson was driving eratically in the Town of West Almond last May.
