BELFAST, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police responded to a one-car property damage crash in the Town of Belfast in mid December, and now the driver is accused of having more than two times the legal blood alcohol content.

Police say Edith Dallenbach had a .16 percent BAC and was charged with DWI, and given a traffic ticket. She is due in the Town of Belfast Court on January 8th.
