ELMA, N.Y. (WIVB) - 18-year-old Ryan Baczkiewski of Cheektowaga recently faced felony criminal mischief charges, accused of scraping up a floor while breakdancing at another teen's house party in Elma.

Now, News 4 has learned the case has virtually been dismissed. Ryan's friends claim the party was held while the parents were away and say there was underage drinking there.
