BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Convicted City Grill shooter Riccardo McCray will learn his fate on Thursday.

McCray is due for sentencing in Erie County Court. He was convicted in three of the four City Grill killings from last August. A jury also found McCray guilty on two counts of attempted murder.

Riccardo McCray surrendered to News 4 senior correspondent Rich Newberg at our Channel 4 studios not long after the massacre last August.
