Erie County District Attorney Frank Sedita pledged he would push for the maximum punishment for Riccardo McCray at Thursday's sentencing.
Sedita said, “He killed four people . He's a murderer and going to prison for the rest of his life.”
It's been two months since a jury found the man known on the street as "Murder" guilty of three counts of first-degree murder in the shootings outside the City Grill last August.
McCray could get anywhere from the minimum of 20 years to life, to life in state prison without the possibility of parole.
