Child porn allegedly found on PC

WARSAW, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Warsaw man is facing charges, after Wyoming County Sheriff’s deputies say they found disturbing images on his computer while arresting him for failure to pay a fine.
The sheriff’s office says they observed an inappropriate image of a female child on 47-year-old Russell J. Bly’s computer monitor. Bly was taken to Wyoming County Jail and deputies obtained a search warrant for his home.
During the search, deputies seized multiple items of evidence. A search of Bly’s computer allegedly revealed 45 child porn images.
Bly is charged with two class E felonies. Bly is facing possession of an obscene sexual performance by a child and possession of a sexual performance by a child.
