ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) - Officials are cracking down on the sales of counterfeit NFL products. Orchard Park Police and special investigators of the National Football League arrested nine people Sunday near Ralph Wilson Stadium.
The suspects are all accused of third-degree trademark counterfeiting. Five of the people are also charged with soliciting without a permit.
State Police made several arrests Sunday , during a DWI saturation patrol because of the Buffalo Bills home game. One arrest was a Buffalo woman, who allegedly had a .22 blood alcohol content while driving a child. The Orchard Park Police made several arrests before the game against the Titans.
