BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - According to Courthouse News Service:
Buffalo Bills running back Marshawn Lynch ran over a woman while driving his Porsche SUV "in an intoxicated state," the woman claims in Erie Count Court. Kimberly Shpeley says Lynch seriously injured her with his Porsche Cayenne at 3:30 a.m. on May 31, 2008 as she crossed a street in downtown Buffalo.

"[Lynch] operated his motor vehicle in such a reckless,
careless and negligent manner, while in an intoxicated state, so as
to lose control ... causing the [vehicle] to strike the pedestrian
plaintiff," according to the complaint.
The 27-year-old Ontario woman says she sustained "severe, painful and permanent injuries."
Shpeley is seeking unspecified damages and costs. She is represented by Timothy O'Connell with Siegel, Kelleher & Kahn.
