Dad drives drunk with daughters in car

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police have charged a Buffalo man with felony DWI after they said he drove drunk with his 12-year-old and 14-year-old daughters in the car.

Troopers arrested 40-year-old Victor Montanez on the Kensington eastbound Saturday afternoon.

Under the newly-enacted Leandra's Law, a DWI becomes a felony when children are in the car.
