JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Chautauqua County District Attorney has ruled the death of a two year old boy as a homicide.
Rescuers said Auston Morales was not breathing when they responded to a 911 call at his Jamestown home last Friday.
Auston died at the hospital the next day.
The D.A. is not saying who will be charged in his death.
Auston's father was arrested on an outstanding warrant for child endangerment in a separate case.
