Bownds had three passengers in her car, including a four-year-old child and eight-year-old child.

Bownds was taken to the Warsaw Police Department, where she took a breath test. Bownds was charged with two counts of Aggravated DWI- child in vehicle, DWI, DWI with .08% or higher, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, failed to keep right and unlawful possession of marijuana.  She was taken to Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail or $25,000 bond.
