Elderly sex predator released on parole

TOWN OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 100 year old child sexual predator is now a free man.
Theodore Sypnier of the Town of Tonawanda was released on parole on Friday after serving ten years for the rape, sodomy and sexual abuse of two young girls.
New York State Authorities said Sypnier is residing at Grace House, a transitional home for parolees in Buffalo.
