Health Department warns of scammers

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - We have a warning from the Erie County Health Department for local restaurants.

Health Commissioner Dr. Anthony Billittier says people claiming to be from his department are calling restaurants, saying there will be an inspection the next day at 3 p.m.

If your restaurant gets one of these calls, contact the Health Department at 961-6800.
