Buffalo, NY (WIVB) - The man at the center of a controversy at Buffalo's City Hall is due in court on an outstanding trespassing warrant today.
Leonard Stokes was arrested last month for an alleged January incident at a city beauty shop.
Stokes was charged with non-criminal trespass for allegedly getting into an argument at the Herman Street business.
Stokes was arrested two years ago for having a stolen handicap
tag.
critics claim Buffalo mayor Byron Brown helped make those
charges "go away."
